Cogworks Media is the DBA of Cogworks Creative Media Company, a Colorado 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 99-1876358). By using cogworksmedia.org, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Cogworks Media publishes Christ-centered podcast teaching (Biblical Reflections, The Bible in 3D), platforms other teachers and missionaries through our Voices program, and accepts donations to support that work. The site is informational and non-commercial — there are no user accounts, no purchases beyond donations, and no fees to listen.
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape or spam our forms, impersonate someone else, or use anything on the site for unlawful purposes.
Donations are processed by Donorbox, a third-party platform, under their own terms. Gifts are generally non-refundable except as required by law. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, gifts to Cogworks Media are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Cogworks Media owns the content we produce for our own shows. Teachers and missionaries who join through our Voices program keep ownership of their own teaching; joining the platform means we handle the recording, editing, publishing, and distribution of that content on your behalf, as agreed individually with each contributor.
If you submit a story through our Share a Story form, we'll only publish it publicly if you've given explicit permission to do so.
This site links to third-party services — Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Donorbox, and others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Cogworks Media isn't liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
