In 2024, we are looking for $35,000 as a foundational giving level to pay for all the services and requirements that come with running a non-profit. This does not involve staffing of any kind. Currently our Board Members are volunteering their time to get this ministry off the ground

Outside of the General Budget, we are looking at a number of additional projects that we will treat as Capital projects. Meaning, projects that are treated as a one and done, or major resource purchase.
Mobile App development - ~$30K
Hardware including computers, servers, and mobine audio recording kits - ~$25,000

As we look to the future of Cogworks Junction we recognize that we will need a number of paid staff in order to continue putting out quality content and reaching as much of the world as Christ intends for us to reach.
It is our hope that by Year 3 we will be able to bring on at least 2 staff members. A full time General Manager and a full time Program Director. We estimate this will run us approximately $125,000/year
Our eventual goal will be to also bring on a Marketing Director and a Development Director

HIGH NEED - $5,000 - Donations and Donor platform. This will allow us to sign a multiyear agreement with our selected platform at a greatly reduced rate.

$500 Monthly - help us continue to have the services needed to create & publish our content.
$250 Monthly - Advertising - Help us reach a potential 4,000 people a day on social media platforms.
